In the land of NODE there is a mountain that is inhabited by a frost spirit. The frost spirits life is to protect its home and will chase down any living animal or person that attempts to reach its peak. When someone encounters the frost spirit they usually never live to tell their experience. There are a few people though that have made it their lifelong goal to out run this spirit, they nickname themselves frost dodgers and it has become an elite level sport in the winter sports world. Like other extreme sports like free solo climbing or big wave surfing there is no guarantee that the participants will be safe, the thrill for them outweighs the danger of being crushed under the avalanche.
